Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship to United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia addresses.


Order Processing.

All standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Pre-orders.

Items marked as pre-order will be dispatched as stated in the pre-order product information. Please refer to the product page for specific dispatch dates.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately to avoid delays.


UK Shipping Rates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (after order processing)

  • Free UK Standard Shipping: Available on orders over £75.00


International Shipping for US, Canada and Australia.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping: 3–17 business days (after order processing)

  • Free Standard International Shipping: Available on orders over £75.00


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification to let you know it’s on the way.

Please note that during peak periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.


Duties & Import Taxes

All duties and import taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout, meaning you won’t receive any surprise charges upon delivery. We handle everything upfront for a smooth delivery experience.
